Two-alarm blaze breaks out on Atlantic City Boardwalk

Peanut World, located at the Boardwalk and Martin Luther King Boulevard in Atlantic City, caught on fire Friday night, officials said.

The store was closed at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported, according to officials.

Three adjacent stores suffered smoke damage, but did not catch fire, officials said.

Seven Atlantic City fire companies and over 40 firefighters responded to the two-alarm blaze, officials said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
