In a dramatic display of frustration amid the ongoing IndiGo crisis, a foreign passenger was seen climbing onto an airline counter at Mumbai airport, demanding answers over the cancellation of her flight that left her, along with thousands of travellers nationwide, stranded for days.

Videos circulating online show the unnamed woman losing her temper at IndiGo ground staff before gripping the service-window frame and pulling herself onto the counter barefoot.

The clip from the terminal showed her asking for food and basic assistance, while the ground staff were seen attempting to calm her down and repeatedly urging her to step off the counter.
