There is growing concern in NH and across America over affordability. Living costs rose by 20%+ in 2021 -24, and more for some everyday needs. Income growth hasn’t kept pace, and many people are very unhappy and struggling to cover basic needs.

Inflation has come down and expectations are it will decline further. The economy is strengthening and wages are increasing. Hopefully this will bring some relief, but patience is required to resolve such a complex problem.
