Akshay Kumar's fitness has become almost as famous as his movies. At an age when many actors scale back on action, he still does high‑impact stunts and maintains a lean, athletic frame year-round. Akshay claims that the real "secret" is not some special supplement or a crash transformation but a lifestyle built on discipline, early nights, functional training and simple food.
