External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Saturday said that the stay in India of ousted former Bangladesh prime minister Sheikh Hasina, who was sentenced to death for crimes against humanity last month in her country, depends on the 'certain circumstance' under which she came to New Delhi in August last year.
