Shimla, Dec 6 (UNI) The higher reaches of Lahaul-Spiti in Himachal Pradesh remained in the grip of icy cold conditions on Saturday with water sources beginning to freeze as minimum temperatures across Himachal continued to hover between minus sex to ten degrees, according to the Meteorological Centre Shimla.

In the midst of the prevailing cold wave, key stations recorded sharp dips: Kukumseri minus 5.6 degrees, Keylong minus four degrees, Kalpa minus 1.4, Manali 0.6, Shimla seven , Mandi 5.5°C, Una six and Dharamshala 7.8 degrees, indicating widespread chill from high hills to lower regions.
