Islamabad: Did a donkey really invade Pakistan’s parliament?

A bizarre video, showing a donkey going “full steam” inside what seems to be the Pakistani parliament has gone viral. It has left netizens both amused and sceptical. ADVERTISEMENT

In the footage, the animal is seen running across the parliamentary floor while politicians appear startled, with some ducking and others stepping back in confusion. A lawmaker is even seen falling to the floor.

While the clip could be considered entertaining, questions about its authenticity have spread even faster. Zee News has maintained that the authenticity could not be independently verified. Notably, some users on X also suspected that the video had been generated by the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
