After six successful editions of the AD Design Show in Mumbai, the design fair made its way to Hyderabad this year. Packed with a slew of interesting events and some of the finest brands on display, it took place on December 5 and 6, at the HITEX Exhibition Centre. On Day 1, the show opened with a welcome note by Komal Sharma, head of editorial content at AD India, and Sandeep Lodha, the managing director at Conde Nast India. Manish Airee, president at ICA Italian Wood Finishes, also shared a few words.

Later in the day, fashion designer and couturier Aisha Rao conducted a guided walk to explore the show’s offerings, followed by a similar trail by interior designers Aamir and Hameeda Sharma in the evening.
