A house in Trenton that sold for $660,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Hamilton area in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 11 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $388,455, or $265 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $250K, single-family house at 37 Partridge Ave.

A detached house at 37 Partridge Ave. in Hamilton, has been sold. The price was $250,000. The house was built in 1920 and has a living area of 1,008 square feet. The price per square foot was $248. The deal was finalized on Nov. 6.
