A house in Parsippany that sold for $1.8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Parsippany-Troy Hills area between Nov. 17 and Nov. 30.

The area saw a total of 44 residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $642,841, or $369 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 17 to the week of Nov. 30 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The detached house at 87 Crestview Drive in Parsippany has new owners. The price was $775,000. The house was built in 1955 and has a living area of 1,497 square feet. The price per square foot was $518. The deal was finalized on Nov. 10.
