VISAKHAPATNAM: India clinched the series with a superb win in the third ODI against South Africa. India’s victory was powered by Yashasvi Jaiswal’s century and half-centuries from Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Chasing a target of 271 runs, India reached the score with the loss of only one wicket. After the disappointing whitewash in the Test series, India redeemed themselves by winning the ODI series.

This was Yashasvi Jaiswal’s maiden ODI century. He scored 116 runs off 121 balls. Kohli remained unbeaten with 65 runs off 45 balls. Rohit scored 75 runs before getting out, after which Kohli came to the crease.

India had won the first match, while South Africa won the second, setting up today's game as a virtual final.
