Bhubaneswar: The IndiGo meltdown, leading to endless flight cancellations and delays over five days, has left thousands of travellers in a soup.
To address the sudden heightened demand for tickets and clear the extra rush of passengers, Indian Railways have stepped up to announce 89 special train services (more than 100 trips) over 3 days across multiple zones, starting on Saturday. ADVERTISEMENT
Of these, East Coast Railway (ECoR) will run special trains and augment additional coaches in some regular trains travelling to Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Howrah regions.
ECoR has advised passengers to check real-time availability through the IRCTC website, NTES app and Railway enquiry services.
Following are the special trains announced by ECoR:
1. Train No. 08401 Bhubaneswar – Lokman
