Prasidh Krishna came back strong to pick up four wickets after being hit for a few runs in his first spell during the third and final one-day international as India ended up beating South Africa by 9 wickets at the ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam on Saturday.

India secured a 2-1 series win against South Africa after opener Yashasvi Jaiswal’s maiden century in one-day internationals.

Jaiswal, who played a supporting role in an opening partnership of 155 with Rohit Sharma (75), scored an unbeaten 116 as India chased down the 271-run target with over 10 overs to spare.

Earlier, Quinton de Kock hit a brisk 106, but South Africa were dismissed for a below-par 270 in the 48th over.
