New Delhi: The Ministry of Civil Aviation has instructed IndiGo to settle all pending passenger refunds “without delay”, imposing a strict deadline of 8:00pm on Sunday, 7 December 2025 for completing the process for all cancelled or disrupted flights. Airlines have additionally been told not to impose rescheduling charges on passengers whose travel plans were affected.
The Ministry warned that “any delay or non-compliance in refund processing will invite immediate regulatory action”.
Dedicated Support and Refund Cells
