The holiday season has arrived, and the USA TODAY Sports staff has assembled again to give you the best NFL bets today in one place.

The playoff hunt is heating up as we reach Week 14 and December. We're in for a wild ride as teams and players battle out the next five weeks.

The last time you saw us, we provided a profitable 3-1 day in Week 12 with the Browns, Cardinals and Cowboys all taking care of business.

The final bye weeks are here, with four teams getting the week off: New York Giants, New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers. Meanwhile, the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions kicked off the week on Thursday night. There are 12 terrific games to come today.

As we do every week throughout the season, our staff of experts narrows down the best NFL bets for Sunday.

They have provided those NFL predictions for Week 14 below, supplying an in-depth analysis on spreads, totals, player props and anytime touchdowns with odds from BetMGM. Best of luck if you tail.

Best bets NFL Week 14

All odds listed are provided by BetMGM Sportsbook. Access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a complete list.

Saints RB Devin Neal OVER 75 rushing and receiving yards (+180)

Ayrton Ostly, NFL writer: Neal's making the start this week against Tampa Bay with longtime Saints running back Alvin Kamara sidelined by injury. The rookie running back had a solid performance in his first career start in Week 13 against Miami with 69 yards on 17 touches.

Last week, the Arizona Cardinals' running backs managed 162 total yards and a touchdown against the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay may torment rookie quarterback Tyler Shough - something Todd Bowles excels at - so New Orleans could lean more on the run game and getting the ball out quickly to help him out.

NFC South games are tough to predict. The Saints' lone divisional win came against the Panthers in Week 11, who proceeded to beat the Rams last week. Neal's worth a chance in his second start of the year.

Dolphins TE Darren Waller Anytime TD (+240)

Jacob Camenker, NFL writer: Waller has been one of the most efficient red-zone weapons in the NFL this season. The 33-year-old has been targeted five times inside the 20-yard line as injuries have limited him to five games in 2025.

Waller has converted four of those five red-zone targets into touchdowns, and he had a chance to convert the lone one he didn't. He simply failed to get his feet down in the back of the end zone against the Saints, despite being open and having a good pass from Tua Tagovailoa delivered to him.

Tagovailoa figures to continue looking Waller's way, given the veteran's red-zone prowess. The Jets have allowed seven receiving touchdowns to tight ends – tied for third-most in the NFL – and let Waller score twice in their first meeting back in Week 4.

Daniel Jones OVER 0.5 interceptions vs. Jaguars (+105)

Jack McKessy, NFL writer: Jones has done a good job protecting the football in his first year with the Colts, largely avoiding the turnover issues that plagued his time with the Giants. There have been a few slip-ups though, with a three-interception game against the Steelers standing out.

Jones is playing on a fractured fibula again in Week 14 against a divisional opponent battling for the AFC South lead. These Jaguars are tied for second in the NFL in intercepted passes (13). BetMGM has set Jones' pass attempts line at 31.5, and he has thrown multiple interceptions in two of his four games with at least 32 pass attempts. If Jacksonville can stop the Jonathan Taylor-led rushing game and force the Colts to lean on a partially injured Jones and the passing game, there's a solid chance the seven-year veteran gets picked off at least once.

Vikings WR Justin Jefferson Anytime TD (+170)

Tom Viera, NFL writer/editor: Happy December. With bad weather expected for many of the matchups outside in Week 14 it's time to stay indoors. We're headed to Minnesota, where the Vikings host the Commanders. The Vikings' offensive struggles are well-documented in J.J. McCarthy's first full season as the starter, but a home matchup against this Washington defense screams bounce-back.

Washington ranks last in EPA allowed per dropback and is without starting cornerbacks Marshon Lattimore and Trey Amos. Yes, Justin Jefferson is on pace for career lows in catches, yards and touchdowns but he is poised for a big day. The Commanders are in the bottom six in catch rate, yards, yards per target and total touchdowns allowed to wide receivers. All aboard the J-Jets train today.
