BOISE, Idaho - Coug fans won't have to travel far for this year's bowl game. The Cougs will be heading to Boise to play in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
They'll face Utah State from the Mountain West.
Both teams are 6-6 and will become conference foes in the rebuilt Pac-12 next season.
For the second season in a row, the Cougs will play in a bowl game without a permanent head coach.
Jimmy Rogers took the job at Iowa State Friday.
Last year, Jake Dickert left for Wake Forest right after the regular season finale.
