CLEVELAND — The Browns yet again blew a chance to add to their win total by beating a team they were, on paper, better than. This time, it was a one-win Tennessee Titans .
Correction to that. That should read two-win Tennessee Titans.

That would, again, be the now 2-11 Titans. Meanwhile, the Browns are now 3-10 as they head into their next-to-last road game at the Chicago Bears on Dec. 14.
It's the 19th double-digit loss season since the Browns returned in 1999.
