CHANHASSEN — Brainerd’s kick score topped its jazz score and both scores topped everyone as the Warriors swept the Chanhassen Invite Saturday, Dec. 6.

Brainerd scored 436 total points and swept the rank points with three to capture the kick title. Brainerd scored 48 out of 50 in routine effectiveness. It collected 46s in visual effectiveness, creativity and difficulty of kicks.

Brainerd topped Eastview by one total point to place first in jazz. Both squads received five rank points to finish two ahead of Edina.

Brainerd scored 46 out of 50 in routine effectiveness and dominated the choreography category, earning a 47 in visual effectiveness and a 46 in creativity, for a total of 93 out of 100.
