Carbondale's Lights Fantastic Parade, Winter Market amplify outreach for small businesses

CARBONDALE — Carbondale saw another year of festive fun during its annual Lights Fantastic Parade and Winter Market, which served as an opportunity for local businesses to expand their visibility and customer outreach to the thousands filling the streets Saturday.

The Lights Fantastic Parade began in 1990 as a way to bring a festive annual holiday parade to Carbondale.
