Asserting that accountability will be fixed in the ongoing chaos at airports across the country created by IndiGo’s mismanagement of the rollout of Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) norms, the Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu told businessline that the Centre has intervened decisively to safeguard passengers’ interests via a series of coordinated measures.

About the impression that IndiGo arm-twisted the government into putting some provisions of the FDTL norms in abeyance, Naidu exclusively told businessline that “no one is going scot free” and that culpability would be established and regulatory action will be taken.
