Asserting that accountability will be fixed in the ongoing chaos at airports across the country created by IndiGo’s mismanagement of the rollout of Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) norms, the Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu told businessline that the Centre has intervened decisively to safeguard passengers’ interests via a series of coordinated measures.
