Ahead of the December 9 T20 international between India and South Africa at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, the Twin City Commissionerate Police has issued a detailed parking management plan.

The release details the parking plan for spectators and pass-holders, specifying multiple zones around the venue and routes to be used for entry. Parking arrangements will remain in force during today’s practice sessions and on match day, along with previously announced traffic restrictions, informed the CP.

Main Parking Zones For Spectators And Pass-Holders

According to the notification, • Upper Baliyatra Ground and Lower Baliyatra Ground (entry through Ring Road) will be the primary zones, with the Upper Ground earmarked for VIP vehicles and the Lower Ground designated for general spectators. •
