One of Australia’s leading higher education institutions, which is ranked among the world’s top 20, the University of New South Wales is all set to establish a campus in India.
Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan and his Australian counterpart Jason Clare jointly handed over the letter of intent (LoI) to University of New South Wales (UNSW) during the 3rd Australia-India Education and Skills Council (AIESC) meeting in New Delhi on Monday.
Pradhan welcomed UNSW to India, describing it as a premier global institution. He said the move will further strengthen collaborative opportunities between India and Australia in higher education.
