Team India Captain Suryakumar Yadav said returning to the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack felt “like coming back to familiar ground with a lively crowd,” as the team India arrived here on Monday afternoon.

The Men In Blue reached Cuttack along with head coach Gautam Gambhir in the team bus that departed from the Mayfair Hotel in Bhubaneswar. Star players, including Jasprit Bumrah, Kuldeep Yadav and the skipper himself, dived right into practice mode ahead of the India–South Africa T20I scheduled for Sunday, December 9.

The Indian skipper, during an interaction with media persons at the Barabati, recalled his earlier domestic cricket experience at the stadium and said it would be useful for the upcoming match.
