PITTSBURGH —

A man was arraigned early Monday morning after he was accused of threatening to scale the fence outside of Pittsburgh’s FBI Field Office on the city’s South Side.

Police said Dylan Farer, 41, was found outside of the fence on Sunday afternoon. Advertisement

Police said when they tried to arrest him, he resisted and kicked an officer in the nose.

He is charged with resisting arrest and aggravated assault.

Farer is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Dec. 16.
