JAMMU, Dec 08: Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha on Monday laid the foundation stone to build 350 houses damaged during natural calamities & Operation Sindoor in Jammu district.

LG said " These 3-bedroom houses are efficient, modern, resilient & technologically advanced. These houses are being built free of cost with the help of HRDS-India, an NGO."

LG added "I'm committed to bring a monumental change in the lives of poor. In past 5 yrs lakhs of poor have benefitted & infrastructure in backward & poor regions were upgraded. Jammu’s rapid development is unprecedented & we've achieved strong growth trajectory despite numerous challenges."
