The Manipur Transport Department on Monday, December 8 launched a three-day Refresher Training Course for Manipur State Transport (MST) drivers and conductors at the Institute of Drivers Training and Research Centre (IDTRC) in Top Dussara, Imphal East. The initiative aims to enhance passenger safety, improve service quality, and upgrade operational efficiency as the state prepares to revive and expand MST bus services after several years.
