Greenhouse total loss after fire at Peoria residence Sunday night

PEORIA, Ill. – A greenhouse was a complete loss after a fire at a Peoria residence Sunday night.

Peoria Fire responded just before 8:30 P.M. to Koch and Galena Road, finding the greenhouse fully engulfed in flames. The fire was put out in under ten minutes.

While the greenhouse was a total loss, no other surrounding structures suffered damage.

There were no injuries.

A fire investigator deemed the cause as “undetermined.”
