Mohamed Salah has been left out of the Liverpool squad to face Inter Milan, according to reports.
The forward’s name has dominated back pages since he gave a stunning interview on Saturday, claiming he had been ‘thrown under the bus’ for Liverpool’s poor recent results.
He spoke after being left out of Arne Slot ’s starting line-up for the third straight match as Liverpool drew 3-3 with Leeds, adding that his relationship with the manager had broken down.
Liverpool, though, appear to have sided with Slot. A report from French outlet RMC Sport claims that Salah has been left out of the travelling squad to face Inter as punishment for his outburst.
Salah was, however, spotted in open training ahead of the Inter trip.
