Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday informed the state assembly that the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell has resolved 9,407 out of 10,306 complaints received in the last 16 months, achieving a resolution rate of 91.3%.

The cell has conducted 13 hearings during this period, addressing a wide range of public grievances and ensuring prompt redressal.

In a written reply to a question by Pottangi and Jeypore MLAs Chandra Kadam and Tara Prasada Bahinipati, CM Majhi said the grievance cell has played a key role in resolving citizens’ issues, including administrative delays, local governance problems, and other public complaints.
