Awards season is quickly approaching, and we are about to learn the contenders for the Golden Globes .

The Golden Globes nominees are being announced Monday morning, highlighting the best of the year across film, television and, for the first time, podcasting.

There are 28 award categories in total. Actors Marlon Wayans and Skye P. Marshall are unveiling the first batch of nominees, and the rest will be announced on "CBS Mornings."

The 83rd Annual Golden Globes will be held on Jan. 11, 2026, with comedian Nikki Glaser returning as host.
