Chiefs' updated playoff chances after crushing Week 14 loss to Texans

The Kansas City Chiefs ' 2025 season was dealt yet another crushing blow in Week 14 after Patrick Mahomes and Co. lost to the Houston Texans on Sunday night.

It was a strange game, to say the least. The Texans looked to be firmly in control in the first half before the Chiefs surged on both sides of the ball in the third quarter.

However, the Texans regained control of the game in the fourth quarter thanks to a few successful drives on offense and a suffocating defense that got a helping hand from some key Chiefs drops in the passing game.
