KIM HELLBERG is set to receive a quadruple injury boost in the next few weeks – although the Middlesbrough boss might have to go with an unchanged squad for tomorrow night’s game at Charlton Athletic.
George Edmundson returned from injury to feature on the substitutes’ bench at Hull City on Friday night, and the centre-half could be joined by four more returnees in the next fortnight.
Dael Fry and Luke Ayling are nearing full fitness and will strengthen a defensive unit that has been short of numbers for most of the last month, while Aidan Morris and Alan Browne are also close to returning to full training after missing Friday’s 4-1 win over Humberside.
