Passengers at Pune airport continued to face flight disruptions on Monday as 28 IndiGo flights, including 14 arrivals and 14 departures, were cancelled. While the long queues at the IndiGo counter are reportedly shortening, passengers continue to struggle with missing baggage, repeated rescheduling, and lack of clear communication.
Passengers claimed they were not informed about cancellations in advance. “My Pune to Indore flight (6E 6191) was cancelled. I received no message or email. I came to the airport only to find out my flight was cancelled. Forget compensation, the staff was unhelpful even in giving clear answers,” said Nagraj Gosavi.
