Investigators have made 13 arrests, and are seeking two more suspects in a months-long investigation into murder, armed home invasions, and armed carjackings in Ontario and Quebec.

The investigation, dubbed “Project Wrangler,” began in the spring after a series of violent attacks in southern and eastern Ontario, and in Quebec, York police said Monday .

Among the crimes was an attempted kidnapping and armed robberies, investigators said, adding that the suspects are facing more than 150 charges.

The incidents took place between April 2024 and this past March. Police carried out six search warrants at five locations from April to December.
