Olmsted Falls, St. Vincent-S. Mary and Strongsville took spots 2-4, respectively.
The biggest mover within the rankings this week was Wadsworth, which jumped 11 spots from No. 20 to No. 9 on the strength of a win over then-No. 6 Twinsburg.
Padua made a splash into the rankings this week, going from unranked to No. 16 after wins over then-No. 23 St. Joseph Academy and Magnificat. Also joining the rankings for the first time this week were Norton at No. 23 and Lakewood at No. 25.
