On Friday, December 5, U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer ruled that the New York-born rapper will serve three months in prison after he was found guilty of violating the terms of his probation. According to the New York Post, the judge had originally planned to give the rapper, born Daniel Hernandez, a longer sentence. However, he was moved by Hernandez's lengthy speech during his sentencing hearing in New York City, so he decided to reduce it to 90 days.

“He keeps blowing it,” Judge Engelmayer said during the hearing. “From time to time your actions suggest that you believe that ordinary rules don’t apply to you."
