Luigi Mangione is back in court today (December 8) and a photo of him in the courtroom is going viral.

The 27-year-old accused UnitedHealthcare CEO shooter was seen pumping his fist at the photographers inside the Manhattan Criminal Court, held in New York City. He’s back in court as his lawyers are reportedly asking for evidence to be thrown out as they claim Luigi was not read his Miranda Rights and apparently, did not have the correct warrant to search him when he was arrested.

If you don’t remember, in December of 2024, Luigi was arrested after being accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City.
