As an Iowan, driving in the snow is a part of life in the Hawkeye State.
With snowfall comes many concerns on the roads. Are any roads closed? Can my car handle driving in these conditions? Is visibility going to be a problem while driving?
Drivers can typically answer those questions as they navigate the roads or even with a simple Google search before starting their journey.
But there’s one question that drivers may not typically ask before hitting the road:
Is it legal to drive with snow on your vehicle?
In most cases, having snow on your vehicle in the winter is almost unavoidable.
If you’re out and about during the winter, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll end up accumulating snow on your vehicle.
