CANFIELD - This holiday season, one Angels for Animals volunteer is challenging others to give back to the shelter while she does the same.

Angels for Animals volunteer Karen McBurney decided to work towards her dream of making the organization's dog shelter more comfortable and safer by imposing a challenge on donors.

McBurney is matching any donation up to $50,000, no matter how small or large. The money will go towards renovations to the organization's dog wing.

The challenge kicked off Monday, December 1, and will continue through the end of the year. You can contribute by clicking here and selecting "$50,000 match" on the donation form.
