MAYVILLE, N.Y. — A Jamestown man was arraigned in Chautauqua County Court, accused of murder.
David Nelson is charged with Murder in the Second Degree.

Investigators say Nelson is accused of causing the death of Michael Jaeckle, 62, of Jamestown. They say Nelson allegedly shot Jaeckle in the neck with a crossbow on Sept. 12.
Nelson pleaded not guilty in court, and is currently being held on $1 million cash, or $2 million property bond and $3 million cash partially secured at 10%.
