Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has verified reports of unidentified drones seen near his flight path during a trip to Ireland last week.
Zelenskiy announced an investigation into the drone activity, noting, "There will be an investigation ... There were drones indeed," addressing reporters about potential security threats.
According to Irish media, including The Journal and the Irish Times, up to five drones were spotted near Dublin airport. However, the presidential plane landed slightly ahead of schedule, reportedly facing no immediate threat.
