CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — Harrison Chief Judge Christopher J. McCarthy on Monday agreed to permit Jeremy Levi Wright, 44, of Lost Creek, to attend his children's sporting events.

Wright had been banned from sporting events as a condition of his bond after he was hit with a felony threats of terrorist acts charge that alleged he made threats Feb. 18 during a Harrison County athletic event.

Harrison Defender Jordan Dishong filed a motion seeking to have that modified so Wright could attend his children's games. She included a letter from South Harrison High School Principal Ron Keener that said Keener wasn't opposed to the modification.

McCarthy said he reached out on his own to Keener and the investigating officer, Harrison Deputy C.N. Kesling, to get more information. The principal and deputy
