EXCLUSIVE : Jonas Barnes , an alum of Neil Moritz’s Original Film, is launching Pixie USA, a digital-first banner for vertical micro-dramas with brands embedded in the storytelling.

Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Barnes says the company is built “specifically for brand-integrated narratives, creating series where products and partners function as character-driven story elements, not traditional sponsors.”

The company says it is currently developing a slate of vertical micro-dramas with partners across beauty, fashion, streaming and consumer tech. “Each series is conceived as both entertainment IP and a performance engine, designed around retention curves, bingeability, shareability and shoppable moments native to mobile platforms,” the company said.
