KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Livingstone’s women’s basketball team lost twice over the weekend in the HBCU Hoops Invitational.
The Blue Bears (1-6) lost to Hampton 82-66 in a Friday game at State Farm Field House in front of 150 fans. Ny’Asia Green and Boston Bates scored 17 each for for Livingstone. Breasia Colt had 12, and Jasiyah Crawford had 11.
Livingstone lost to Bethune-Cookman 88-67 on Saturday despite a triple-double by Crawford, who amassed 11 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists.
Colt had 16 points and 12 boards. Bates scored 12.
