The announcement was made at a White House roundtable, featuring Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, along with a host of legislators. A diverse group of farmers—corn, cotton, soybean, and more—gathered to hear Trump's assurances for their economic futures.

Rollins disclosed that $11 billion would target row crop farmers. Meanwhile, Trump stressed efforts to lower equipment costs, partially attributing price hikes to environmental regulations he aims to reduce.
