A 37-year-old Klamath Falls woman is dead, while her 37-year-old partner and 8-year-old daughter are in critical condition after a single-vehicle crash on OR-58 near milepost 51 in Lane County on Dec. 5.

According to Oregon State Police, an Audi Q5 driven by Jessica Nicole Ingoglia left the lane of travel for unknown reasons, crossed the eastbound lane, and struck a dirt embankment.
