MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WNDU) - Penn High School junior Quinn Driscoll has been nominated by the Indianapolis Colts for the Maxwell Football Club’s Girls National Flag Football Player of the Year award.
Representatives from the Colts visited Penn High School on Monday afternoon to surprise Driscoll with news of her nomination. The quarterback led Penn’s girls flag football team to an undefeated season and state championship .
The Maxwell Football Club, based in Philadelphia, recognizes excellence in football at high school, collegiate and professional levels. The organization presents several prestigious awards, including the Maxwell and Bert Bell awards.
