Sky watchers in New Hampshire may have a chance to see the aurora borealis, also known as the northern lights, Monday night.
A solar storm has sent energy and space debris toward Earth, which could interact with the atmosphere and create beautiful curtains of light.
Conditions for viewing will be ideal, with clear skies expected for most of the state. However, temperatures will be very cold, with lows below zero in many areas.
