Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited has announced its acquisition of a 60% equity stake in STK Food Processing Pvt. Ltd., a well-regarded manufacturer of Makhana and Chana Sattu products, under the brand 'POPMAK'.

The deal leverages STK's market presence and customer base, reinforcing Leo Dryfruits' portfolio while enhancing its product offerings from nine to sixteen within the Canteen Stores Department channel.

Chairman Kaushik Shah emphasized the acquisition's strategic alignment with their long-term objectives to broaden their premium product reach, marking this step as crucial in their aim to scale quality and distribution efficiencies.
