Puducherry, Dec 9 (PTI) Actor-politician, TVK chief Vijay held his first public meeting in this union territory on Tuesday and termed the regime led by Chief Minister N Rangasamy as “impartial” and said the DMK dispensation in neighbouring Tamil Nadu must “learn” from the UT government.

He targeted the Centre for not paying attention to Puducherry’s long time demand for statehood and slammed it over allocation of funds.
